Horrible Customer Service

Saks Fifth Avenue and Saks Fifth Avenue.Com 2 different entities that allow them to play games with their promos. One entity will not assist you with a purchase made from the other.

After placing an order and calling them to apply the latest promo, customer service cancelled my order and I lost the dress I wanted for my son's wedding. After speaking to 3 customer service reps and a supervisor (all off shore) nothing offered but a sorry we can't help you. He made a mistake.
Beware.

Box was delivered empty

I ordered a pair of Tom ford sunglasses. The box was delivered empty. Do not trust this company. It is a scam.

Saks has potentially the worst customer…

Saks has potentially the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I was sent a damaged pair of sunglasses not once but TWICE. The company first offered me 15% off my NEXT ORDER after me sending 5+ emails and calling. Then when I complained they offered 25% off, and I had to call a particular number to redeem this code - they're having trouble applying it to my order. After I received two DAMAGED pairs (their fault)! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

$1K+ DAMAGED Watch Sent - Worst Customer Service

I bought a watch for over $1k. They sent a damaged item which the minute hand would not move. I called Saks Customer Service and they are just useless. Hung up on me 3 times and left me waiting for over 1 and half hour 2 more times. They sent me a return label and they said once it shows movement on the package a replacement package will be sent. LIAR!!! Once I sent the package and I called them, they said they will not send a replacement, instead, I have to wait to get a refund and then I can place a new order. AND I have to wait for my next billing cycle and call my bank for the money. WHATT!? I paid FULL price, they sent a DAMAGED watch, and I have a LOT of time dealing with them for nothing. So now I have NO watch, and NO MONEY... If you want your money protected go look somewhere else!!!

Great service

Great shoes, easy to navigate site. Timely delivery. Very pleased. Lots of negative feedback made me skeptical, however I will purchase again.

Never received refund after return was received

Ordered a dress to be shipped internationally and returned it. The refund process is TERRIBLE. They kept telling me that my refund will be processed in 7-10 business days since January and it is March now. I'm still needing to call them every 7-10 business days to ask where my refund was. There is no follow up from them at all, I had to call in every time. There are articles online saying that they're going through financial difficulties. Google it. For everyone's sake I feel the need to post this somewhere. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THEM.There are other better websites to buy from that will actually refund you when you return your item.

SAKS needs to go out of business!

As an avid online shopper, I know mistakes happen and I’m pretty flexible when it comes to finding a solution. However, my experience with Saks customer service gives me migraines! Placed an order for $600 shoes and received a $50 blouse. I did everything by their* book (note: the return policy they state on their website is not the same as what the customer service reps tell you). I sent it back fast and I was patient, they told me to wait 15 business days, I waited 17 before I called them again.
They received my return 11/26/2020 and it’s now 3/3/2021 and still no refund. Every time I would call they would open a case and then close it as soon as a hung up. And anytime you open a case they require an additional 15 business days to investigate and process the return which basically means “stop calling us or you’re refund will keep being delayed”
I’ve been given the weirdest explanations, dealt with the rudest people, and sold so many dreams and still nothing.
I’ve worked in the customer service space before and to think that a global brand like saks, a multi million dollar retailer like saks, who’s number one selling point is customer service can drop the ball so tragically. They need to go out of business ASAP.

Worst online shipping experience ever, don't do it!

Ordered a pre-order pair of shoes in November for delivery before Christmas. Got an email a few weeks later saying delivery was going to be delayed until January. Ok, maybe for a February birthday, lo and behold delayed until February 9th. Still ok until I called today, February 11th. Hey, I haven't heard anything for a month or so. Oh, the new due date is May 2nd. No notifications, overseas support, guy changed his story a few times so that was not at all helpful. And to get to speak with him I had to wait 18 minutes......nope, that is what the system said, but the reality was 39 minutes. I asked to speak with a supervisor but apparently they are very busy because the supervisor should get to me within 48 hours.

Amazing experience

Amazing experience. Thanks saks fifth Avenue.
After I ordered my Armani shoes from Saks fifth Avenue. I got horrified by the reviews written here and there. So I decided to call the customer care service from abroad. I was amazed when they answered after the first ring. The lady was so nice helpful and assuring. 8 days later I’ve received my shoes that has traveled from the US to reach me here in UAE. Im so happy with the experienced especially that the product is authentic, beautifully packed in its original box, properly secured and moreover, it was a good bargain as I bought it on sale. I recommend people to buy from Saks fifth Avenue and I will definitely buy from them again.

Not sending out the product I purchased

I made an order on Saks Fifth Avenue, they created the shipping label, and said the product has been shipped out, however there's only created the label, tracking label had no more updated, i contacted the shipping company that they never received the package. I contacted Saks 4 times, the customer service personnel confirmed it was their issued, however refund never happened. Been keeping my money for almost 2 months, no response. I think they are having a serious financial problem, will never purchase again and would not recommend anyone to shop.

I purchased some of the dresses there, very comfortable indeed, the service was fascinating, I will never regret about the clothes that they handle. They are very modern.
